Number 10 - Inside and Out: Mexico Highlights
File - September 16, 2009September, months of hard work in our field.
The real vintage (grape harvest) has started in all the vineyards in the country and most likely white and red musts are already brewing. The widespread drought
seems to affect some more than others, while the climate is a real challenge for those who sow grain and other seasonal crops, our friends winemakers are happy with the intensity that seem to have the berries.
September is also the patriotic month. Therefore we present an issue we proudly presents the interweaving of our Mexican identity from a clear approach: Mexicans not only born, they do.
Thus our main themes of wine and gastronomy offer an approach to exponents of Mexican, inside and outside the country. These individuals are also an example of the fertility of our soils and our will. Here is a story about those who have taken root in our land to produce excellent wines and a look at who went in search of opportunity and today are our ambassadors of wine and cooking corner as far away as Qatar.
This September we invite you to be patriotic and not just wearing the colors of the flag, but doing something or our country. Something that is worthy of being recognized and admired.
