Courses and Tastings , Events - July 15, 2010The International Wine College (CIV) Guadalajara, presents a sensory analysis workshop will be pleased to give Dr. Maria Isabel Mijares y García Pelayo, one of the most recognized women in the global world of wine.
The course will be held at the headquarters of CIV 2 and August 3, 2010, a quota will be super limited, so we recommend you book and pay for your place as soon as possible. Attendees will learn the technique and practice international wine tasting, distillates, cured ham, olive oil and chocolate.
Dr. Ma Isabel is entitled in Bordeaux winemaker and winemaking consultant for projects for the United Nations, among several other titles. His distinguished career has taken her to several organizations and companies of international significance and today is chief judge in international competitions in Spain and Mexico.
Some of his recent activities:
- It continues with Team Team projects (development of the Repsol Guide of the best wines from Spain, advising holds, etc..)
- She is a consultant and project partners CTOV (Technical Center Operating Wine)
- Directs and advises the wine section of the website www.intereconomia.es
- She is President of the magazine Wine Emotions and Gastronomy, specializing in the wine world and its environment.
- Latin America Advisor Safety and Traceability projects in the wine and spirits.
